Market Snapshot Your web page and the Market Snapshot Widget   If you don't yet have your own web-site, or are looking for a new one,  TOP PRODUCER Systems provides exceptional web-site hosting.  Templates make it easy for you to customize your site, adding the pages you desire to display.  You may also create 'blogs' to keep your clients coming back for current information.  Of course, where IDX is available, your clients can search the MLS database directly from your site.  Many REALTORS are currently using Market Snapshot as a means of providing market information to potential clients.  Last month I also discussed how Market Snapshot might be used in conjunction with the new TOP PRODUCER Systems' Market Builder marketing program (3 postcards per year to your personally selected service areas of 400 or more).      But, I quickly learned that some users of  Market Snapshot were not aware of the 'widget' which can be placed upon your web-site.  This 'widget' permits potential clients to subscribe to Market Snapshot directly from your web-site.  Additionally, it automatically feeds this data back into your TOP PRODUCER Lead Manager System.  If you automate the Lead Manager System, it can even start a marketing campaign to these potential clients prior to your first call.  Their self-proclamation of either "seller" and/or "buyer" within the 'widget' permits the system to apply the correct Action Plan (i.e., marketing plan).  Should you have more than one web-site, the Lead Manager will identify the source of the lead.  This permits you to further customize your "seller" and/or "buyer" plans to specifically address concerns appropriate to that source.   If you subscribe to Market Snapshot, please don't overlook adding this 'widget' to your web-site.  Manually subscribing potential clients is great for call-ins, but automating the system is much more effective when we are talking of your web-site.   Back
