Don't forget, TOP CONNECTOR 7i may actually be use for more than envisioned by either TOP PRODUCER Systems, Inc. or your local MLS.  The three primary uses are as follows:

1.  Import comparable data for use in both CMAs and Buyer Presentations.

2.  Pull data you have already entered into your new MLS listings into the TOP PRODUCER 7i Contact Record and Listing screens without retyping.

3.  Build a Farm Area by pulling data, one address at a time, from your MLS.  You do this by entering the address into your Contact Record, then create a new listing, clicking Import from MLS, then entering the street address, and pulling data from the last time the property was listed within the MLS.  Now, delete the listing, and you are left with the contact records property statistics and the front view of the property but no listing screen.  This is fine as you were actually creating a false listing just so that you could get the property statistics within your system without typing the data.
